So, it is January 17th...Are YOUR new year's resolutions still intact?! So far, mine are on track; however, not perfect. Now is the time to revisit your resolutions, even if you've fallen off the wagon! Get back on the horse, as they say! I'm certainly not perfect (although I do strive for it!) but it's not about being perfect. It's about learning from your mistakes and pursuing until you reach your goals!
Tips for this blog: If your resolution has to do with being healthier, try alternating workouts so you don't become bored. Also try using a calorie counter (http://www.livestrong.com/), even if you only use it for a short period. You'll be surprised at the nutritional data in some of the foods that claim to be healthy and even more suprised at how many calories/fat/etc your favorite sinful treat contains! It might just be enough of a shocker to keep you on track! :-) Last tip: No matter what your resolutions are, TELL A FRIEND...It will hold you accountable!
