Transitional style: Fabulous home in Berwick Fairways blends clean lines, sophisticated design


Transitional design is fast becoming a leading trend in the home-building industry. Blending traditional and contemporary elements, the transitional home offers warmth and comfort with a sophisticated flair.

Jerry Hall built the 5,000-square-foot home in time for this year’s Parade of Homes. Ginni Jacobs and Jolene Stevens of Ginni & Jolene Designs provided interior design expertise.
